Shipping Policy
Right now, orders have about a 3–7-day processing time.
We ship every Tuesday and Saturday. As always your tracking number will be applied to your email and Paypal.
Shipping price is calculated at checkout based on location, weight, quantity, etc. all of these are factors to calculate shipping which, unfortunately, CANNOT be controlled as they are automatically generated through the courier. There is also a $4 handling fee on all orders to cover packaging costs and time.
Return & Exchange Policy
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted; on items or gift cards. All sales are final; including no cancellation orders.
If you have accidently put in the wrong address at checkout, please email us at your earliest convenience to correct the issue before the package has been marked as shipped. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to us from the shipping source. If this occurs no kind of refund will be made. Lost or stolen packages will also not be refunded or shipped for a second time. Once the package leaves our shop, we no longer have responsibility or control over that package. All packages are sent with tracked information in order to help prevent these issues.
